About Kirujan
Hi, my name is Kirujan and I am a 4th year medical student at Barts and the London. I am offering to tutor 11plus, KS2, KS3, GCSE and A level Maths and Chemistry as well as helping aspiring medical students in their Medicine UCAS application like with entrance exams, personal statements and interview preparation knowing how competitive the environment is. My aim is to help students attain their academic goals and reach their full potential by focussing on exam technique and tailoring my lessons to the student`s needs. I enjoy working with students and making sure they succeed.

My aim is to help students attain their academic goals and reach their full potential by focussing on exam technique and tailoring my lessons to the student's needs. I ensure that my lessons are both focussed and interactive by aiming to complete set objectives in weak topics students may have combined with fun quizzes in between to test their built knowledge throughout the lesson. I prepare lessons dependent on each student’s strengths and weaknesses in topics initially from the feedback I receive from parents and the school followed by my assessment of the student.
I achieved 3 A*s for Mathematics, Biology and Chemistry as well as 11 A*s and A equivalent grades in GCSEs ( 5 9s, 3 8s, A* distinction, 2 A*s and an A ). My UCAT total score was 2850, Band 2 and my BMAT score was 13.9A.
I have 3 years of experience tutoring students for the 11plus, KS2, KS3, GCSE and A level Maths and Chemistry. I have also helped prospective medical students with interview preparation as well as the UCAT and BMAT exams. I have experience teaching students virtually on Zoom and Teams for 3 years. I have supported students to get into the Top Grammar and Independent Schools and the Top Universities in the country to study further. I will ensure I go through the different topics under the subjects with the extensive resources I have to learn, revise and test topics under the subjects.
