About Mona

I would like to keep it short and simple. I'm an Engineer and in the beginning of my career I've worked as a production supervisor in Dairy industry for about two years. Being passionate in teaching I left my job and joined education industry. In AnB education, a start-up company by IITians I've worked as a Curriculum designer and then I joined a U.K. based education company as an On-line Maths expert. Presently I give private tuitions to students in Noida and Ghaziabad area as well as I mentor professionals who want to take up teaching as career.

About the lesson

My teaching method is simple, creative, innovative and concept- based. I provide personalised agenda i.e. I'm flexible in approach and my teaching method helps learners plugging their individual gaps. I address the needs of all kinds of learners. Those who have special education needs (SEN learners) like Autism, ADHD, MLD(Moderate Learning Difficulties), etc I give them more time and special support like chunking down the concepts, connecting the topic with their hobbies, giving specific praises to motivate, working along with them, etc.
My teaching is basically based on Rapport building (as we can't learn from strangers), Questioning, Clearing common misconceptions, Chunking/breaking down the concepts, giving timely feedbacks, Challeging/stretching able learners, giving real-life examples of the topics, clearly explaining, discussions ,etc.
As a teacher I'm patient,reliable, knowledgeable,flexible,compassionate, creative, commited and communicative. I believe every child has potential which needs to be channelised in the right direction.
I teach Mathematics to students from Class I till Class X as well as I take classes for SEN (Special Education Needs) learners.

For Primary level Classes it is Rs 350 per hour and for Secondary level Classes it is Rs 500 per hour.

For On-line Primary level Classes it is Rs 450 per hour and for Secondary level Classes it is Rs 600 per hour.
