About Jeylen
Hi everyone, I'm Jeylen! I am currently in Medical School doing my MBBS degree at Queen Mary, which is one of the best in London. My average grade at GCSE is 8.4 and at A Level is A*, having studied Biology, Chemistry and English Literature. I have had experience tutoring in the past, as well as roles within the community which involve helping and socialising with others. I am a good, hardworking role model for young people with vast future ahead of them, and I would love to be a part of your journey to success too!
My philosophy is that a great attitude, positive mindset and determination is the true key to success. I will deliver person centred revision strategies and techniques, adapting and embracing each wonderful aspect of my tutees with a strengths based approach. I recognise the importance of going at their own pace to boost confidence while also excelling in their knowledge to help develop their enthusiasm to learn. I hope to bring you tried and tested strategies and resources to both boost your grades and nurture your wellbeing. I am warm, patient and approachable with current knowledge of exam pressures and deadlines, which I also have strategies to share to help boost health and wellbeing.
I aspire to become a specialist doctor working in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (fancy term for the health of mothers and unborn children) and thus recognise the importance of supporting everyone's individual dreams and aspirations.
