About Wisdom
I think about teaching the way I think about chess. Every student starts from a different position. Every session needs a plan. And the real skill isn't knowing the answers, it's learning to see three moves ahead.
I've spent over five years teaching STEM subjects online. In that time, I've worked with more than 200 students, each with their own strengths, gaps, and goals. Like any good chess coach, I don't play the game for you. I teach you to read the board for yourself.
My sessions aren't lectures. I use interactive tools and project-based tasks to get students solving real problems, not just copying notes. In chess, you don't improve by watching someone else play. You improve by playing, making mistakes, and understanding why. The same is true for maths, science, and engineering.
