This Maths class is designed for students of Classes 9 and 10, with a strong focus on board exam preparation (CBSE/ICSE). The goal is to build clear, solid fundamentals in core topics like Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Mensuration, and Statistics, while ensuring students are fully exam-ready with strong problem-solving speed and accuracy. Each session breaks down concepts step by step, moving from the basics to more advanced problem types, so students genuinely understand the "why" behind each method rather than just memorizing steps. Lessons include plenty of practice questions, previous years' board paper patterns, and regular revision to build confidence ahead of exams. As a B.Tech engineering graduate with 7 years of teaching experience, I bring a structured, logical approach to teaching Maths, along with the patience to make sure every concept clicks before moving forward. Classes are personalized to each student's current level and pace, with regular progress tracking and doubt-clearing sessions to make sure no topic is left unclear. Whether a student needs to strengthen weak areas, stay ahead of the syllabus, or specifically prepare for board exams, these classes are structured to help them build both strong marks and genuine confidence in Maths.

About the lesson

Hi, I'm Rishikesh! I'm a Computer Science engineering graduate (B.Tech, GGSIPU, 2025) with a genuine passion for teaching, and Maths has always been at the heart of that. I believe strong Maths fundamentals aren't just about scoring well in boards, they build the kind of logical thinking that helps in every subject and beyond. My own academic journey has been built on consistency and discipline. I was the school topper in my ICSE Class 10 Boards (2019) with 97.6%, with Maths being one of my strongest subjects, and went on to score 95% in my CBSE Class 12 exams. That same foundation carried into my engineering degree, where Maths played a core role throughout the curriculum. With 7 years of teaching experience, I can teach Maths to students of Classes 9 and 10 with a strong focus on board exam preparation, alongside subjects like Physics, Science, English, and Social Science. Every student of mine has been happy with me, something I credit to breaking down concepts clearly, plenty of practice, and genuinely understanding how each student learns best. Alongside teaching, I've also worked as a Product Technical Analyst at ION Group, which sharpened my analytical and problem-solving skills, the same skills I bring into how I approach and teach Maths. Outside of academics, I've always been an active, well-rounded learner, participating in debates, extempore, speech competitions, singing, dancing, plays, science fairs, and hackathons throughout school, and I bring that same energy and curiosity into how I teach. I look forward to helping you (or your child) build not just strong Maths marks, but real confidence and clarity in the subject.
