About Sona
I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and have 11 years of teaching experience working with students at different levels. My interest in Math began with a strong curiosity for numbers and problem solving, which later developed into a passion for teaching.
My teaching approach focuses on clarity, patience, and structured explanation. I break down complex problems into simple steps so students can understand them easily. I use examples, guided practice, and clear methods to help students improve steadily. I also adapt my teaching style based on each student’s pace and comfort level.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy solving mathematical problems and exploring new teaching techniques. Teaching Math is very fulfilling because I see students grow in confidence and understanding over time. Helping them achieve their goals motivates me to continue teaching with dedication and care.

Mathematics becomes easier when students understand concepts clearly instead of memorizing formulas without knowing how they work. My lessons are designed to build strong understanding in algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and basic calculus through simple and structured explanations. I guide students step by step so they can understand problem-solving methods and apply them correctly. I also include examples and practice exercises that help learners improve accuracy and confidence. Each session is calm and supportive, allowing students to ask questions freely and learn at their own pace.
I design lessons based on each student’s level and learning goals to ensure steady and balanced progress. Beginners focus on basic concepts and simple problem solving. Intermediate learners work on multi-step problems and understanding different approaches. Advanced students focus on complex problem solving, exam preparation, and improving speed and accuracy. Practice routines, revision techniques, and regular feedback are included to support continuous improvement.
Mathematics lessons also help students develop logical thinking, concentration, and confidence. As they improve, they begin to approach problems with less fear and more clarity. Many learners start enjoying Math once they understand it properly. My goal is to make Mathematics simple, structured, and confidence-building.
