About Julian
As an educator, I am strongly driven towards building positive relationships with every single one of my students. This helps create a more supportive learning environment and increases the students' engagement in my classroom. All of my lessons incorporate moments for students to participate in verbal mathematical discourse. Establishing a positive learning environment leads to students sharing and comparing their ideas with each other, which will build upon their conceptual understanding.
