About Tova
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and 6 years of experience teaching students from a variety of academic backgrounds. Mathematics has always fascinated me because of its ability to explain patterns, solve problems, and support innovation across many fields. Teaching allows me to share that passion while helping students build valuable lifelong skills.
My approach focuses on patience, encouragement, and adaptability. Every student learns differently, so I adjust lessons to fit their individual needs and learning style. I enjoy breaking complex ideas into manageable steps that make learning less stressful and more effective. Supporting students as they gain confidence is one of my favorite parts of teaching.
Beyond tutoring, I enjoy exploring mathematical puzzles, data analysis, and emerging applications of mathematics in technology and science. These interests help me keep lessons engaging and relevant. I believe that anyone can improve in Math with the right guidance and consistent effort. Helping students discover that potential is something I value deeply.

My Maths lessons are designed to help students understand the reasoning behind mathematical ideas rather than memorizing procedures. I teach topics such as algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and problem-solving through clear explanations and structured practice. Lessons focus on building confidence step by step so students feel comfortable tackling increasingly challenging questions. I encourage learners to think logically and develop a deeper understanding of mathematical patterns.
Every lesson is adjusted to suit the student’s current ability and academic goals. Beginners receive patient guidance on core concepts and fundamental techniques. Intermediate students strengthen their accuracy, speed, and confidence through guided exercises and application-based questions. Advanced learners refine analytical thinking, exam strategy, and multi-step problem solving. Continuous feedback helps students identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Mathematics becomes more enjoyable when learners understand how concepts connect and support each other. I create a calm learning environment where questions are welcomed and mistakes become opportunities for growth. Students gradually develop stronger reasoning skills and greater confidence in their abilities. My goal is to make Maths both approachable and rewarding.
