About Olivia
I have always enjoyed working with numbers and solving problems, which led me to complete my Bachelor’s in Mathematics and Master’s in Applied Mathematics. Over 11 years of teaching, I have helped many students improve their understanding and confidence in mathematics, even those who initially found the subject difficult.
My teaching style is simple, patient, and structured. I explain each concept clearly, give enough practice, and guide students step by step. I encourage students to ask questions and think independently so they can develop confidence and problem-solving ability over time.
Outside teaching, I continue to explore new methods of teaching mathematics to make learning easier and more effective. I feel happy when students who once struggled begin to solve problems confidently on their own. My aim is to make mathematics simple, enjoyable, and useful for every student I teach.

Mathematics becomes easier when students understand the logic behind each step instead of memorising formulae. In my lessons, I cover topics like algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, and basic statistics using simple and clear explanations. I focus on helping students understand why methods work so they can apply them confidently. Each lesson includes explanation, solved examples, and guided practice to help students build strong problem-solving skills step by step.
I adjust my teaching method based on each student’s level. Beginners work on basic operations, simple equations, and understanding concepts clearly. Intermediate students focus on multi-step problems, formulae, and application-based questions. Advanced learners practise complex problems, exam preparation, and time management strategies. I ensure that every lesson is balanced and easy to follow so students can learn without stress.
Mathematics also builds logical thinking and confidence. As students practise regularly, they become faster and more accurate in solving problems. My goal is to help students feel comfortable with mathematics, reduce fear, and build strong skills that support their academic success and everyday thinking.
