About Riya

My teaching methodology is centered around creating a flexible, collaborative, and engaging learning environment where students feel supported and empowered. I believe that learning Math should be a dynamic experience, so I tailor my lessons to each student’s individual needs and learning style. Flexibility is key, as I adjust my teaching methods to ensure that every student can grasp the concepts at their own pace. I focus on collaboration, encouraging students to actively participate and ask questions. Through real-life examples and case studies, I help students connect mathematical concepts to the world around them, making abstract ideas more relatable and easier to understand. Integrity is at the core of my teaching—building trust with my students and ensuring a positive, respectful learning atmosphere. Creativity is essential in my approach, as I use innovative techniques to make complex topics more interesting and fun. In addition to Math, I can also teach related subjects, offering a well-rounded learning experience. My goal is to make students confident in their skills and excited about the subject!

About the lesson

With over 7 years of tutoring experience, I am passionate about helping students unlock their full potential in Mathematics. I have had the privilege of teaching over 250 high school and college students, guiding them through subjects like Algebra, Trigonometry, and Calculus. My journey in education has been incredibly rewarding, as I’ve watched many students transform from struggling learners to confident problem-solvers.

I believe in making math enjoyable and relatable, breaking down complex concepts into simple steps. My approach is always tailored to the individual, ensuring each student’s unique learning style is met with patience and care. Over the years, I have celebrated numerous milestones, including helping students achieve top grades and improving their understanding of core math concepts.

As a tutor, I am dedicated, encouraging, and always ready to go the extra mile. My goal is not only to help students succeed academically but to inspire them to appreciate the beauty of math and apply it to their everyday lives.
