About Tara
I have been tutoring math for years, and I genuinely love it. Some people say math is boring - I say math is stressful, and many students never get to enjoy it because of this fact. That's why I make all my lessons fun and engaging while still keeping in mind my students' learning goals. I am determined to help your child feel confident in mathematics!

I like to use a lot of visual aids to help students understand. I always explain concepts myself first, as I don't like making anyone play a guessing game. After I've explained, however, I encourage students to explain the same concept in their own words. That way, we both know they've understood.

Tara is a fantastic tutor!! She helped me with calculus and trig and made them really easy to understand. The lessons are also really engaging, she can make any subject interesting!
