About Dario
My profile is characterised by a solid knowledge in different areas, such as Electronic Engineering, Acoustic Engineering and Sound Engineering. This allows me to own a wide scope of different viewpoints by being able to critically evaluate different engineering matters.
I have obtained my Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering at the University of Florence. This Bachelor's degree gave me a solid preparation in advanced physics, mathematics and statistics, as well as a good background in analogue and
digital signal analysis, circuits design and microcontrollers programming.
After graduation at the University of Florence, I decided to gain a Master’s degree in Audio Acoustics at the University of Salford, obtaining a Merit in November 2018. In Acoustics Engineering, I have analytically studied and applied notions of physics of sound, vibration, electroacoustic systems, spatial audio and machine learning.
I have been tutoring high-school students on physics and maths during the whole summer. Since I have obtained amazing feedbacks I am looking for keeping doing this job.

My teaching method changes from student to student and it depends also on the programme the student is attending.
I usually tend to combine theoretical and practical lessons, assigning tutorials and often using Matlab for physical/mathematical simulations, in order to realise more visual examples.
