About Rem Mars
I have completed through calculus all with top marks. My undergraduate degree was highly interdisciplinary and biocultural anthropology, which does allow me the breadth to understand different mindsets and ways approaching math. I've tutored math as a volunteer including SAT Prep for the Nooksack Tribe.

I think that math is very beautiful myself, but I understand how it's so tricky, the way it gets overwhelming, and it is so frustrating to me how it's often taught in ways that make it tricky for people to understand depending on how they think. I think tutoring math is both about learning the way to build the logic and language math is & figuring out the best way to move forward.
