About Harriet
I am a qualified teacher and have been teaching English Literature and Language to 11-16 year olds for two years in a London secondary school.
I also have four years of tutoring experience in the UK, where I really enjoyed getting two know the families I worked with. I worked with one of my clients for over two years, teaching each of her three daughters in turn!
Prior to teaching and tutoring in London, I worked in Peru for a year, where I taught ESL to primary and secondary students.
I am moving to Barcelona in August and would love to tutor in the city so that I can meet families from the community and continue with my passion for teaching.

I have taught many students of different ages and levels across different countries, and while I always adapt each lesson to the needs of the individual student, all my lessons have one thing in common: enthusiasm!
I am passionate about teaching and I love working with children and teenagers. I aim to make all my lessons fun, engaging and immersive.
Thanks to years of teaching experience, I have plenty of tried and tested resources , but of course, I'm more than happy to adapt and create lessons as required.
