About Cristina

I have a degree in Gastronomy, I have been passionate about cooking since I was 6 years old, and during the years I have had different jobs in Chiapas, Yucatán, Quintaroo, Veracruz and Querétaro, all aimed at different areas of gastronomy, such as bar, cold kitchen, hot kitchen, bakery, pastry, banquet service, private events.

About the lesson

My teaching methods with visual means, such as videos and audios; all this combined with different articles with relevance in the gastronomic boom. My way of explaining is very colloquial when required, however I use the corresponding terms to familiarize the student with gastronomy. I have documents and the necessary information to clarify all your doubts and be able to be your guide in this exciting career.
