About Sukhhjinder
Namaste!
I’m Sukhhjinder Ssingh, a dedicated yoga practitioner and learner. I am currently pursuing the Foundation Course in Yoga Science for Wellness (FCYScW) from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY), along with a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Course.
I want to share what I learn and help others discover the physical and mental benefits of yoga through simple, practical and beginner-friendly sessions.
My approach is simple: learn, practice and understand yoga step by step.
Whether you're completely new to yoga or looking for guidance to make your practice more consistent, I'd be happy to work with you.

I offer both hourly yoga sessions and a 1-month Foundation Yoga Course for beginners.
The hourly classes can be tailored to your individual needs, while the 1-month course follows a structured approach covering Sukshma Vyayama, basic Asanas, Pranayama, relaxation and mindfulness.
Whether you want to attend a single session or build a consistent practice over a month, the classes are designed to be simple, practical and beginner-friendly.
