About Sunny
I provide Yoga Workshops and Awareness Sessions across India. I am also running a Yoga Studio named Leela Yoga. Apart from this, I am an investment consultant with a focus on real estate and equity markets. Prior to this, I have previously worked with Bank of America as an Investment Banking Analyst. I have done my Yoga Teacher Training Course from Sivananda Yoga Ashram, Kerala. I am an MBA from MDI Gurgaon and a Bachelor of Business Studies from Delhi University

After understanding the requirements of the students, I design various learning modules which are generally based on Ashtanga Yoga philosophy. Yogasanas and Pranayam form the tenets of my class, along with other advanced techniques like energy locks (bandhas), mudras, dhyana, etc depending upon the level and intent of the practitioners
