I am Assistant Professor Varun Kumar. As a Kundalini Yoga teacher, I help you release stress, recharge your energy, and connect deeply with your true self so you can show up stronger in everyday life. Many Indian schools structure each day around “sādhana blocks” that integrate theory and practice: morning kriyā–mantra–prāṇāyāma sessions, followed by subtle body and philosophy study, then supervised teaching-practice in the afternoon.�� This creates a unique blend of traditional scriptures (like kundalini–tantra viewpoint, subtle-body anatomy, karma and dharma) with modern pedagogy, biomechanics, and yoga therapy insights to make the teachings safer and more systematic.
