About Giovanna
I am Giovanna Mollo, Siri Kirin Kaur, teacher of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation for 10 years, expert in natural cooking and promoter of well-being in all its forms.
I organize group and individual courses but also consultancy for companies and organizations that wish to promote a healthier lifestyle for their employees.
In 2018 I created the #Integrow project to bring people closer to a healthier lifestyle. Each of us can learn to take care of their body, mind and spirit to be happier and rediscover their well-being.
