About Jorge David
Yoga Instructor Certified since 2011 by the Govindas Academy. Experience as an Instructor at the University of Medellín and the Inbound Yoga School of Medellín (San Ignacio Headquarters). Experience also in the Kairos Corporation and in the Parque de la Vida de Medellín.

Through the Inbound Yoga System we exercise and harmonize our mental, emotional, sexual and physical energy. Inbound means "to go inward", so we make a journey into ourselves. Through the Inbound journey we will simultaneously discover the beauty that exists inside and outside of us. We will also use other self-knowledge tools. Do you dare to try them with Yoga?
