About İzzet
I am a Fitness Trainer, Engineer and Sports Management graduate. I have the Personal Trainer specialization that I received by the European Union accredited EREPS and I also have the title of Medical Exercise Specialist. I received training in many areas such as Corrective Exercise, Functional Training, Postural Impairment. I have been giving lectures both in sports halls and individually for 2 3 years. I had students / clients in many fields such as military personnel, Gendarmerie Commandos, Flight Cabin Crew, Civil Engineer.

Especially in this pandemic period, I give my lessons in the form of video conferences over applications such as Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp Conference, and also live / one-on-one in locations such as parks, forests, and open areas as long as the request and protocols are appropriate. We start preparing their programs by applying tests such as muscle function, movement, joint mobility, Flexibility, Posture Analysis, Cardiovascular competence to all our students by following NASM protocols and other member starting protocols, we keep follow-up reports weekly and monthly.
