About Judy

I am a former Tissue Recovery Coordinator—surgically removing donated human tissue for transplant, education and research. Over 7 years I have trained Recovery technicians in surgical technique, documentation and leadership.

In Art I have instructed several Painting, Drawing, Airbrush, Life Drawing, and Engraving students.

As a Grad student I worked as a teaching assistant for Art History, Survey courses from cave paintings to contemporary art.

About the lesson

I teach with empathy and inclusivity. Learning is the scaffolding behind the human experience. Appreciating and adapting to each students unique needs, is paramount to growth and progress.

Course material depends on content. Ex: Drawing Class – basic shapes, lighting/contrast, composition, the importance of doodling (yes, it is important).
