About Gayathri
My name is Dr. Gayathri M. Iam a BAMS graduate from Kerala university of health and sciences. We learned about yoga in our UG level education. I faced trouble concentrating in studies and lack of energy, stamina as well. But after I started to train yoga, it made a very pleasant change in my life. And I have been teaching yoga since 2020

My yoga class aims at relaxation of body and mind. Also it improves your flexibility and stamina. You can feel increase in your energy level and concentration. All we need is atleast one hour of time a day. The effectiveness of yoga can mostly felt when it performed early in the morning, but you can also train when you have time.
