About Elizabeth
Hello, my name is Elizabeth but everyone calls me Beth. I have my bachelor's degree in psychology with classes focusing mainly on learning styles and their impact on learning disabilities. I teach math and science classes for an online unschool 30 hours a week. I am hoping to fill my evenings and weekends with tutoring so I can continue to become a better instructor. I love teaching and especially enjoy creating interesting lessons to help my students learn. I also run my own STEM Summer camp online in which I teach math, science, logic, and coding classes. I am learning how to code so I can create more math games to enhance my curriculum. In turn I feel that coding is an excellent way to learn certain math concepts. For example, the coordinate plane is an important part of any coding system.
