About Thimela
As an experienced Yoga teacher and Energy Healer, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between western medicine and the ‘alternatives’ while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I offer a wide range of holistic treatments such as reiki, sound healing, chakra balance, sound bath among others.
I specialise in Hatha Kundalini yoga. My classes involve pranayama, mudras, mantras, asanas, Kriyas and meditation. My sessions are more than just a yoga class. They are Soul touching experiences that invite a profound transformation.
