Certified Yoga Trainer. The individual will undergo the different forms of Asanas to ensure that flexibility is achieved through weight loss with some mild adjustments in the diet pattern, making sure that their desire of success is achieved and they gain their confidence levels

About the lesson

I will begin my class with some warm up exercises, followed by Pranayama and Asanas. Then focus on relaxation techniques with the help of Yoga Nidra which will help in complete Mental and Physical reduction of stress levels . This is taught for Body-Mind-Complete relaxation.
