About Megan

I’m Megan, who understands how maths can be a confusing subject, which is why I would like to be given the opportunity to help students and show them multiple ways of approaching questions, to help them find a way that works for them. Also break down the subject one-on-one and go into as much depth as needed, which can be hard in a classroom. I have achieved a high grade on GCSE maths and A-levels, and know how interesting maths can be when you start to see it a different way.

About the lesson

I am happy to teach lessons via video chat, voice chat or videos. My lessons will range from 1 hour to 4 hours (whatever suits your needs best) I will ensure understanding in a topic before moving forward, and am happy to go back to certain topics as many times as the student needs. I am very patient and have experience teaching GCSE maths while I was in sixth form, supporting the younger students to achieve their potential and higher. I am available in the evenings during the week and on weekends I am flexible.

I know Megan through friends. She helped my daughter revise for her year 8 Spanish exam. She was very patient, friendly and understanding with my daughter while going through her revision. My daughter went from a 4 to a 6 in the short time Megan was with her. I am definitely going to keep my daughter in lessons with Megan to get her grade up.
