Along my personal path, I have gained professional experience in designing and leading flow, hatha yoga, and meditation classes, teaching students aged 10-90.

Design online and offline yoga class sequences integrated with mindfulness practices, for beginner and advanced students. Demonstrate postures and support students in finding their right poses. Help each student to develop their body and mind awareness, and physical strength. Lead group meditation sessions. Maintain positive relationships with students and immediately address any concerns. Ensured safety and students' comfort during the classes.
