About Megan
I am a dedicated student and teacher of yoga. I started practising yoga 25 years ago and it changed my life. This lead me to take Yoga Teacher training and begin teaching. I have a family with two teenage daughters, hence I also have experience with pregnancy and mums and bubs yoga. I am qualified in several yoga styles so have many practises to draw on. I love empowering people to find their best selves with yoga.
