About me:
1. Strong Academic Background: I have experience excelling in courses like Honors Geometry, Honors Algebra II, Precalculus, and Honors Calculus in high school, followed by Calculus I and Statistics at Columbia University. Overall, I have strong subject matter knowledge.
2. Tutoring Experience: I have experience tutoring kids privately. This experience has given me insight into different learning styles, allowing me to adapt my teaching methods to fit the needs of each student.
3. I graduated from Columbia University with a Psychology Major while also pursuing the premedical route (as I am planning on attending medical school). My psychology courses, such as Educational Psychology, provided me a lot of insight and strategies for helping students and catering to each students individual learning styles and abilities! Importantly- with my private tutoring, I have worked with a range of students- from those with learning disabilities who struggle academically, while also tutoring advanced students in the highest level/honors math classes.
4. Passion for Helping Others Succeed: I am passionate about helping others grow academically.
