I am a naturopathy and yoga intern doctor from Chennai and a national-level yoga champion. I am passionate about helping people improve their health through yoga and natural lifestyle practices. I enjoy teaching because it allows me to share my knowledge and help students develop strength, flexibility, and a balanced mind

“I follow a student-centred teaching approach where I focus on understanding each student’s needs and learning pace. My lessons are interactive, practical, and easy to understand. I usually combine clear explanations with demonstrations and practice sessions so that students can apply what they learn confidently.
A typical lesson lasts around 45–60 minutes depending on the student’s level and goals.
I am a naturopathy and yoga intern doctor with experience in yoga, nutrition, acupuncture, and women’s health. I am also a national-level yoga champion, which helps me guide students with proper technique and discipline.
My lessons are suitable for beginners as well as intermediate learners, including students, adults, and anyone interested in improving their health, flexibility, and overall well-being through yoga and natural lifestyle practices.”
