My name is Ella. My passion for fitness came when i was around 13 years old when i first started to see improvement in my mental and physical health, from exercise.
I have over 3 years experience personal training and working in a gym environment.

I assess their customers' bodily strengths and weaknesses and create customised workout plans. I provide physical and mental guidance and monitor customers' progress on a regular basis. I also make sure that customers don't get injured while training and enjoy the workouts they are doing.
