About Delia
I have been a Food Technology teacher for 9 years currently working at a school rated Outstanding by OFSTED. I enjoy teaching my subject and enjoy seeing learners develop their skills through practical experience and examples, bringing my subject to life even the boring bits! I have a good success rate and my last cohort of students gained 90% GCSE pass grade 5-9. My students would say I’m friendly and approachable and would do what I could to help them to succeed. I look forward to helping you get the grades you deserve too.

Classes aimed at covering GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition will cover the parts of the curriculum that they most struggled with. I will start by assessing the needs of the learner and tailor a simple curriculum suited to getting the student ready for their exams or for building skills to carry out practical and scientific elements of NEA coursework. Cooking classes aimed at children from ages 6-16 will be immersive, fun and engaging. Lessons will be based around developing basic cooking and preparation skills and enjoying food using simple everyday ingredients. Enjoy seeing your child develop their love of food and cooking, you won’t be able to keep them out of the kitchen.
