About Rachita
I am currently studying towards an integrated master's degree in computer science, so I have loads of experience in problem solving and numerical reasoning. As someone who completed formal school education, I know how important these exams are and how each student wants to do their best. I have always found understanding and explaining maths concepts easy, and enjoy working through exercises. I really enjoy explaining things to others, I was always sought out by my friends during A-levels to help them understand topics they might be struggling with, and that was a very rewarding experience for me. I want to keep helping students understand concepts they might be struggling with and help them reach their full potential so they can be confident when they sit their exams

I like to tailor lessons based on every individual's needs and ability to grasp concepts. I would like to understand where a student currently stands and how they typically learn best. In terms of the sessions, I am happy to go over topics you are struggling with and work on it till we are confident or we can follow a syllabus-based approach covering topics in order. I think the best length for a lesson is 45 minutes, to make sure we don't lose focus. Typically I think the following structure works best (20 mins in depth, 5 minute recap, 20 minutes practice) but we can tailor that based on individual need. My main qualifications so far are GCSE maths - 95% score and A level maths - A*. I have experience with tutoring my sister, and helping her prepare for her GCSE exams and now her A-levels. My lessons are aimed for anyone preparing for their GCSEs or A levels.
