About Ezgi
As a physiotherapist, I am an expert in clinical pilates, reformer pilates, mat pilates, stretching, muscle strengthening, and breathing exercises. I have achieved visible results with my students and patients in the studio where I work. Their pain complaints have disappeared, and their postures have improved. While their bodies slimmed down, their muscle strength increased, flexibility improved, and fat percentage decreased.
