About Daniel
I am a fourth year Pharmacy (Integrated Masters) student at King's College London, and have been tutoring 11 - 18 year olds for the past five years. During this time I have successfully guided many students through GCSE/A level science and maths to achieve fantastic grades.
As well as taking on numerous private pupils, I spent time teaching in a school in South Africa, helping students through their MATRIC (A level equivalent) examinations, and last year I ran a tutoring centre with a colleague in south London for six months, helping 10 - 16 year old pupils with homework and specific subject difficulties, including English, as well as science and maths.
Still studying myself and having finished my A levels not too long ago, I have a good grasp of exam technique and I am familiar with the current curriculum and mark schemes. My degree course involves applying knowledge from all of the natural sciences and maths to important, real life situations. I find having an understanding of why the skills learnt at GCSE and A level are so useful can help students to gain enthusiasm and learn more effectively.
I have a criminal records check and am signed to a professional code of conduct as a requirement for my degree course.
