About Sean

The challenge is relaying knowledge from person to another. It is my understanding that anyone can learn anything, given enough time. The amount of time for learning depends upon both the student and the teacher. Both student and teacher must have patience, understanding, and respect. Every person learns at a different rate, which is why patience is important. Every person has unique personality and perspective, which is why understanding is important. Every person is a living, breathing human being, which is why respect is important. As long as all three of these components are present, the rate of learning accelerates.

Personally, I enjoy broadening my horizon, talking to different people, and travelling to new places. The world is constantly changing, and, as human beings, we must learn to adapt to our new surroundings. Should a person wishes to further themself, for their own knowledge, or to help with a career path, they should be able to do so to accomplish their goals. It is very rewarding to finally understand something that one has been struggling with.

Worked as a math tutor for Temple Tutors at Kensington High School in Philadelphia, PA

Graduated from Montogomery County Community College with an Associates of Physical Science (3.6 GPA)

Credits towards a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from Temple University

Achieved the hightest grade in Calculus III class (automatic "A" grade without a need to take the final)

About the lesson

After the quote is accepted, the specific focus and needs should be sent to me as soon as possible. Ideally, specific problems in area of struggle work best. This will allow me to prepare myself efficiently for working with the individual in need. Upon completion of the first session, I will message the client with a report on the overall success and failures of the tutoring. This gives a good picture for the client on plans moving forward.
