About Dante

My name is Dante, i've been in St. Lucie County since 2006, and I am the founder and tutor for Path to Math. Reach out to me: (concealed information) or (concealed information)

My rates are $75/hr virtual $95/hr in-person

I specialize in Elementary to College-level math. Not only do i boast a top 1% SAT score in the nation but i also have a phenomenal track record improving Algebra EOC, Geometry EOC, ASVAB, PERT, and other test scores as well.

Naturally, i'm building a tight-knit community of likeminded tutors who specialize in other subjects such as coding, reading/writing, foreign language and more! We aim to cover all of your tutoring needs with the utmost passion and skill.

I was 19 and working on my AA degree for engineering when i had an opportunity to tutor for the math lab. That ended upon me graduating, but, after years of hating retail jobs and struggling to find a job i enjoyed and felt respected in, i decided to be a self-employed tutor. In 2020 i began tutoring (and substitute teaching), and i never stopped. I've been tutoring full-time ever since. In 2022 i made Path to Math an LLC with the state of Florida and now i'm excited to expand into tutoring business capable of networking with the most passionate and qualified tutors.

About the lesson

First, I'll speak with the parent about expectations and goals, then speak with the student about what's possibly going wrong within the classroom. Once i understand your family's situation, i'll provide a personalized gameplan to organize what i'll teach your child/student.

I've worked with students in 2nd grade all the way to 30 year olds trying to revamp their nursing pursuit! Most of my students are high schoolers in the higher level math classes such as algebra 2 or geometry, but i also have middle schoolers and elemtary students as well

One of my newer students was struggling with a D in math and they ended up getting an 80 on their midterm in a matter of just spending three sessions with me. That was great to see the progress, but then, they got a 100 on their unit exam the same week!!! Them getting a 100 percent reassures me i'm capable of helping those in need, and of course it makes the students and their parents happy as well lol

Perfect! Dante is an excellent tutor, he is very knowledgeable and was patient with my son. We hired Dante last minute when test date was approaching and with only 5 hours of tutoring, my sons SAT math score improved by 80 points. Thank you Dante!

Perfect! Dante was the perfect fit for my ADHD son. My son not only learned how to do the work he's been struggling with, but he also left the meeting feeling more confident. We will definitely be using Dante again! I cannot thank him enough.

I like to make sure a student gets their money's worth. Path to Math is a young business and we're willing to work in the $40 to $50 price range depending on the difficulty of subject and how many subjects. Pricing will be discussed per individual case rather than a default price.
