About Meir
I have a bachelor's degree in chemistry and a strong background in all things math and science. I have an analytical and quantitative brain and I love problem-solving. I used to tutor at a college in chemistry and math.
I love math and science and I love sharing my knowledge with others! Tutoring is such a gratifying experience for me because I can help others learn and understand concepts while reinforcing what I already know.
I started tutoring grade-school level math when I was in high school. In college, I started tutoring math and chemistry at a local community college.
I have a bachelor's degree in chemistry with a very strong background in math.

I usually introduce myself to the student, and ask them how their day is going. I treat them as a peer and not as my subordinate.
I've worked with students in 3rd grade as well as adults in their late 40s, and everything in between. Mostly, I've worked with college-age students (roughly ages 18-25). I've also worked with students with learning disabilities.
Do some "window shopping." In other words, don't be afraid to try out different tutors to see which you like best. It's likely that your more compatible with one tutor vs. another, whether that's due to learning/teaching style, age difference, etc.
