About Michael
My goal while tutoring is to help build your confidence and understanding. I make math feel simple so you can focus on learning. I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder. I have 3 years of tutoring experience at Housatonic Community College where I worked with students of all ages, skill levels, and backgrounds.
I enjoy working with people, hearing where they are coming from and what they want to achieve and helping students obtain their goals. The thing I love most about tutoring is seeing the smile on a student's face when they figure out they have done something they previously thought was impossible.
