About Robin

I have been a professional features writer, editor, blogger and copywriter for years and now I am changing careers. I'm a wordsmith and also a nice, fun, funny, caring, patient person. I've recently been helping college-bound students with their essays and getting great feedback and results.

I just started by helping some of my daughter's friends. Then somebody from my industry reached out to me and I helped their college-bound student with her essays.
I found it very gratifying and now I'm looking to make a career out of it!

I have a bachelors degree in communications from Boston University with a minor in English. I have also been a professional journalist and copywriter for many years.

About the lesson

I like to let the student do a lot of talking and express their ideas. Then I help them get those ideas "on paper"!

She went above and beyond to help me and I highly recommend her service to anyone who needs a hands on and thoughtful tutor.

Most tutors before Robin had trouble putting information in a way I could understand. After working with her, I saw a great improvement in my grades, and got really excited for college. Couldn’t recommend any better!
