About Maya C
I love to hear stories and research from others, and helping people put their thoughts into words is my specialty! We can meet wherever you are comfortable, including online spaces. I promise to build a connection with my students in order to understand the best way to help them.
I graduated high school in 2022 with a gpa of 3.5 (had some major issues due to covid/distance learning) and took College Composition I and II as well as College Creative Writing through Lake Superior College as a College In Schools program. I also took AP English Language my sophomore year and earned a 3 on the (distance learning) exam. I also have experience working with people with learning disabilities as I helped an autistic friend of mine through her schooling and taught my 10 year old brother with ADHD through a year of distance learning.
