About Jill
I believe everyone is an artist, and it is this philosophy that has allowed me to teach students of all ages, from preschool to adult, the joy of drawing and painting what they see for the last twenty years. I’m a firm believer that there are no mistakes in art, and if you can draw the simple shapes, then you can draw anything. I work with a variety of mediums and styles, including paint, watercolor, collage, mask-making and three-dimensional sculpture.

Before the
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Before the first lesson, I like to discuss what type of art the student is interested in, be it drawing animals, painting in nature, or studying the masters. This way, I can gear the first lesson (as well as future lessons) toward meeting the student’s goals, and making all of our time together as fun and instructional as possible.
