My approach to teaching is smooth and with precision, I help students realise their true potential in mathematics and help them actually enjoy and develop a passion for the art of mathematics rather than the students thinking mathematics it is just another subject that they study in school. I make sure my students progress and improve so they are the best in their class. I break down the problems they struggle with into steps and set them achievable goals so they can tackle the problems accordingly since mathematics is similar to puzzle solving.

I have been teaching mathematics in excess of 4 years and have progressed over 20+ students from a below average grade to a higher grade and unlocking their full potential. My students who were predicted D's achieved B's and those who were predicted C's ended up being awarded an A.

o Carrying out quantitative analysis using eVestment, looking for ideal AUM and the location of where the manager is invested;
o Sending out requests for information to potential managers for fund materials and performance data;
o Discussing potential managers within the internal team and deciding whether to meet a manager in person;
o Carrying out two stage due diligence on chosen managers, discussing risk guidelines and the investment process;
o Deciding within the internal research team whether to green rate a manager;
o Constructing manager profiles, summarising key facts and then beginning to recommend the fund to clients.
