About Avanthi
I am a Mathematics teacher with 6 years of school teaching experience and a strong interest in helping students understand Mathematics with confidence. I have always enjoyed working with students and seeing the moment when a difficult concept starts to make sense to them.
I hold a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, a B.Ed in Education, and an M.Sc. in Data Science. My own academic journey has strengthened my interest in Mathematics, problem-solving and analytical thinking.
I want to continue teaching because I genuinely enjoy interacting with students and supporting their learning. I believe Mathematics becomes much easier when students understand the reasoning behind a concept instead of simply memorizing formulas. Through online tutoring, I hope to help students strengthen their fundamentals, overcome their difficulties and feel more confident in Mathematics.

I have 6 years of experience teaching Mathematics to school students. My approach is to first understand the student's current level and identify the areas where they need support. I focus on building a clear understanding of concepts rather than encouraging students to simply memorize formulas and methods.
During my lessons, I explain concepts step by step using simple examples and then gradually move to practice problems. I encourage students to ask questions and try problems independently, so that they become more confident in Mathematics. I also provide additional practice when a student needs more support with a particular topic.
A typical lesson will be around 60 minutes, depending on the student's level and requirements.
I have a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, a B.Ed in Education, and an M.Sc. in Data Science, along with 6 years of school teaching experience.
My online Mathematics classes are mainly for students in Grades 6–10 following CBSE or ICSE curricula. I can support students with concept clarification, regular schoolwork, problem-solving, revision and exam preparation.
