I am a native English speaker from the United States and I am currently based in the United Kingdom where I have been living and working for the past 11 years. I have been teaching English full-time both online and in classrooms for the past six years after having completed my PhD in Music and research. I am experienced in teaching varieties of large and small multi and mono-lingual groups of learners between the ages of 6 and 18 and including adults privately and in schools.
I work regularly with students at all levels with varying goals. My teaching method involves customized lessons specific to my students' needs and requirements. I design lessons to help them reach their goals. I like to get to know my students and their interests so that I can make each lesson as enjoyable and interesting as possible.
In most of my lessons, I approach each topic with an emphasis on speaking, fluency and the use of language. My classes usually include a balance of speaking, reading, listening and writing. However, this depends on the requirements of the individual.
I am always aiming to enhance my teaching qualities. I am highly determined, enthusiastic, committed to helping students fall in love with English and the journey towards reaching their goals. I pride myself on the number of students I have been able to help in reaching their desired outcomes.

Cancellation is possible only up to 24 hours in advance. If cancellations are made in less than 24 hours in advance, refunds will NOT be possible, however the option to reschedule is highly recommended. You will have up to TWO chances to reschedule lessons and only within a two week time period.
