A teacher is someone who should inspire and motivate students. It is not just a job but a privilege to work with students. It is important to build rapport before any teaching takes place. Once rapport is built and a learning environment where students feel comfortable, then learning can begin. In a safe learning environment, students have the confidence to make mistakes and ask questions; this is the process of true learning and independence.
