About Janine

I am a plant-based cook and have been following a plant-based diet since 2010. I have successfully completed a diploma in plant-based nutrition and aim to help individuals transition into this lifestyle and overcome obstacles both in person and online. Janine tutored me with cooking lessons as i really wanted to learn how to cook vegan meals and come off meat.. i must say i learnt so much and her recipes where Delicious!!...i have now been vegan for over 3 years and have the skills to cook a variety of meals that myself, my husband and 3 children can all enjoy. Learning from janine was one of the best things i ever did. My food is so much more creative, tasty and healthy. I’ve known Janine for a looong time! She is one GOOD plant based cook. If I want ideas on something to cook I’m asking Janine. When I eat her food it’s always nice and I’m still waiting for her to cook me a lasagne!!! :)- Janine lasagne is a lovely vegan one I’ve ever tried! Janine knows her stuff and knows how to put foods, spices etc together. If you have Janine to tutor you.... trust me you will not be disappointed!
