He got his Yoga masters degree from Rishikesh, and he has invested a lot of time learning the deep techniques of Yoga. We have been taking yoga lessons with Mr Suraj for about a year and a half. He is extremely professional, sincere and punctual. He is very knowledgeable and his experience will be obvious in a few sessions. He keeps the classes challenging by gradually increasing intensity (according to your capability), and intermixing different poses/exercise routines/breathing patterns. I always feel rejuvenated after each session and can feel the improved strength and flexibility compared to when I started.
