I am an experienced English teacher and teacher trainer with more than 12 years experience.
I am from the UK, but have lived in Indonesia for 12 years.
I have experience teaching in language centres, schools, universities and in companies.
I am also a teacher trainer who trains other teachers to develop their teaching competency.

My philosophy is that learning is a natural process, and the teacher's role is to help students in the learning process.
Practice is an essential part of the learning process; students must use English as much as possible in the natural context. So, in our lessons together, we will focus on real conversations and authentic practice in the appropriate context.
